SAP Emarsys - 7 years of working together in numbers

In 2015, we took over the development of Emarsys' websites from a US development company and gradually redesigned, developed and managed all their online interfaces. Over the years, we have become a trusted development partner for their entire online sales ecosystem.

Challenge

The Emarsys organisation is highly complex and the volume of projects is considerable. It was not uncommon for us to have to integrate the needs of 10-15 client-side decision-makers into a coherent, transparent and technically sophisticated product.
This size and dynamic required a constant presence, fast response times and a dedicated development team with high capacity.

Solution

The key to success has been constant, almost constant teamwork. In addition to project management, a deep understanding of the customer, rapid iteration and a proactive development approach were essential. This allowed us to keep their global platform running and evolving steadily for years.
