Your current production and/or manufacturing business process:
The principal activity of YCO digital Ltd. and the activity concerned by this development is 6201 Computer programming. This activity is the development of webshops/complex complex websites for clients in the administration field. This production process is concerned by the present innovation project.
This development will significantly shorten the production process and significantly increase the efficiency of the transfer of specifications to production staff. The efficiency of capacity planning will increase. The ex-post evaluation, good practice and quality target training that will be introduced in the new process is an important feedback and process improvement step, which is also an important element of the ISO 9001 PDCA cycle to be used as a template for the development of production processes and the basis for the implementation of continuous improvement. This can be integrated uniformly and immediately into the production process through the central ERP system. With the process developed, the Sprint to Perfection and its negative effects can be eliminated.
In marketing and communication, they typically use isolated systems that are not or only slightly coordinated with each other. In their current form, they have limited capacity to raise standards and support the company's marketing activities.
With the implementation of the ERP system, it is possible to provide real-time information to customers on the status of their projects without manual periodic analyses, to generate segmented lists of leads that do not reach the contract stage, to support lead generation at the needs assessment level (forms) without the need for human resources. The company's workflow is based on the agile methodology and no changes are needed. However, the replacement of parallel systems will bring the parallel threads into a single thread.
In the implementation phase, our company will use consultancy services for the innovation of marketing processes and production processes, and a new ERP system will be implemented.
The development phase will require the time and effort of 2 to 2 dedicated staff per area of expertise to be developed, which will be charged to the project.
