The development of pilkington.hu started in 2023 as part of our partnership with advertising agency Republic Group.

The Pilkington brand has long been synonymous with a quality solution for motorists in need of a cracked or broken windscreen replacement.

Challenge

For this project, the task was not just to revamp an existing website. Through a series of workshops, we worked with the client and Republics to assess the company's vision, operations and alternatives, which resulted in the final product.

Solution

We have rethought the situations that motorists may encounter and created new visitor routes.

It was important for the design to adapt a coherent design with long-term marketing communication, so the website provided a good opportunity to extend the previously well-established solutions. Thus, the “pebble life” and “pebbles” will also entertain users on the website in the future.

During the renewal, we improved the automation of customer onboarding and the quality of service, in addition to the possibility to add small animations and interesting interactions.

What are we most proud of?

  • Adapting the brand's unique identity elements to the website was a super job. 
  • Clarifying and modelling the routes was not an easy task, but a good working methodology was developed, which resulted in a large increase in results.
